In and out in less than 45 mins. Receptionist (Ria I think) was very nice and explained everything perfectly.

EDIT: The owner rectified the situation and I was compensated for the detailing that had to be done.

Good service and knowledgeable staff, took good care of my car minus the wash portion. If you have a newer vehicle/care about your paint I would suggest skipping the complimentary wash. My car was full of swirls after the wash and I ended up having to get the car professionally detailed. Would still recommend coming here for the rust proofing services.
